Ready for your team to review

Our approach

A clear path. From idea to everyday use.

Start with one workflow or a broader review of your firm. We agree on the priorities and scope together.

Find your starting point
  1. Find the opportunity.

Understand your processes and tools, then agree on a practical plan to improve productivity.

  2. Test a practical solution.

Improve an existing tool or build a pilot. Measure the effect on time, quality, and cost.

  3. Put it into practice.

Refine the workflow, train your team, and agree on who maintains and supports it. Expand where the results justify it.

03 Data and tools

Technology chosen for your work.

We start with your existing systems. The right choice depends on the work, the people using it, your data requirements, and the cost of keeping it reliable.

Our recommendations are based on your requirements. Any vendor relationship or incentive relevant to a recommendation is disclosed.

01 Your information and its boundaries.

Before files are shared, we agree their permitted use, access, processing location, and retention. Client information is not reused for another engagement without written permission.

We review the exact service and plan with your administrator. Hosted AI can process information outside your own systems, so those terms matter.

Provider data terms

Data use, retention, and model-training terms differ by service and plan. These provider pages are reference points; the selected plan must be checked for your engagement.

Self-hosted options also need an agreed approach to access, logging, retention, and licensing.

02 Work with your administrator.

Your administrator controls access. We agree where each workflow runs, what it can read and change, who reviews its output, and how to stop it. For scheduled work, the scope includes monitoring, failure alerts, and a named owner.

03 Choose tools against the task.

We compare quality on representative work, review effort, speed, cost, and ease of operation. A familiar tool may be the best choice; a more complex setup has to justify the extra work.

One model may be enough. Where several tools are useful, each needs a clear role. Usage limits and ongoing costs are agreed before implementation.

04 Fit the systems you already use.

We assess how a proposed workflow would fit systems such as Yardi, MRI, RealPage, and Procore. Connections depend on your product, permissions, and available interfaces; an export may be the right starting point.

When a different setup is needed

Where policy or the task calls for another model or hosting arrangement, we evaluate it with your IT team. Quality, licensing, infrastructure, and maintenance all belong in that decision.

Where your documents live

Microsoft 365 and SharePoint, Google Drive, Dropbox, Box, Egnyte, or a shared server. We start with how your files are already organized.
