Our approach to accessibility

Terrain aims to make its website usable for people with different abilities and ways of browsing. We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as a reference when reviewing design and interaction.

This is a statement of approach and current features, not a certification or a claim that every page meets every requirement.

Motion and visual effects

The homepage contains decorative video and animation. The site responds to your device or browser’s reduced-motion preference by showing a still hero image and reducing or stopping decorative motion. The logo ribbon becomes a static grid.

There is no on-page control to pause all decorative motion. If motion makes the homepage difficult to use, enable Reduce Motion in your device’s accessibility settings, or contact us directly using the details below.

Current limitations

The website has been checked in a Chromium-based browser at desktop and mobile widths. This does not establish compatibility with every browser, screen reader, magnifier, or other assistive technology. A comprehensive independent accessibility audit has not been completed.

The Contact Us form opens an email draft and depends on a configured email app. If that does not work for you, use the email address or telephone number below. External websites linked from Terrain have their own interfaces and accessibility practices.

Report a barrier or request help

Email andrew.bach@terrainautonomy.com or call 917-742-7968. You can ask for website information in another format or another way to discuss your inquiry.

If you can, include the page address, what you were trying to do, and a brief description of the problem. Browser or assistive-technology details may help, but they are optional. You do not need to disclose a disability or medical information.
